Too Cool for School + Guest Post

I can’t believe that in less than a month I’ll be back at school. This summer is flying by! I’ll admit I’m a little hesitant to go back and start senior year! The truth is, I’m just not ready for college to be over.

But we’ll save that for another day. Let’s talk a bit about campus style. If you’ve ever been on a college campus, chances are you’ve seen people in sweats and pajamas, especially if you’re sitting in a lecture at 8:00 a.m. While I totally understand the desire to wear pajamas to class, you’ll never see me wear pajamas.

We all have those days, even fashion bloggers, when we just don’t want to put in a lot of effort to look good. I definitely like to dress well for class when I have the time and motivation. I wore this outfit for a date night, but I would totally wear this outfit at school when it’s still warm outside, or for a fun night out with my friends.

This outfit post was taken at Franklin & Marshall College, a college in my hometown. Continuing with the college theme, I’m excited to announce that I’m guest posting on Jen’s blog, Confessions of a Prepster today. I’m sharing the lessons I’ve learned at college thus far. Be sure to check it out and let me know what you think!
Wearing: Ann Taylor blouse (old) | J. Crew Factory chinos | Tory Burch Miller sandals | Longchamp bag (other colors here) | Bauble Bar monogrammed necklace
A big thank you to Jen for giving me the opportunity to share my experiences with her readers! Stay tuned for another guest post about how to deal with stress at school on Ally’s blog, Pretty Little Lesbian, on Sunday.
If you’d like to guest post for A Pop of Pink, or would like me to write for your blog, send me an email with your ideas! I look forward to chatting with you!

I love the blue top with the maroon bag… I don't think I would've thought to pair the two but it is really pretty! xo

My Longchamp is seriously my favorite bag I've ever owned. I use it as my tote for school, for work/internships and as a purse when I'm going to lunch or hanging out with friends. I love that maroon color!
