I haven’t blogged a lot about Pittsburgh, the city I’ve called home the past four years. I did, however, write this post about things to see and do in Pittsburgh, which you should definitely check out if you’re planning a visit.
I wished I had done a “Pittsburgh Eats” series in an effort to share some of the delicious, amazing food that is here in the Steel City. This city really has some great restaurants.
My friends and I ventured to Local Bar + Kitchen, located in South Side, for brunch (another thing I wish I would’ve done more of in Pittsburgh). The food was fantastic, and their bloody mary bar and mimosas were reasonably priced, which can be hard to find, especially when you’re in college. I had the bananas foster crescent french toast. So. Heavenly. I’m still thinking about it.
If you’re ever in Pittsburgh, check out Local Bar + Kitchen for brunch. (I’ve heard it’s a good night spot too.) I’m hoping to get back there one more time before graduation. If I don’t make it before then, I’ll be back for plenty of Pittsburgh visits! Plus, I have to try the rooftop deck!
