Do you ever come across a piece of clothing and think to yourself, “I know I’m going to wear this for a long time.” I call those oldies but goodies. Whether it’s your favorite cozy sweater, a great pair of jeans, or the most comfortable pair of heels, we all have those pieces we love over and over.
Wearing: LOFT sweater (old, similar sweaters here and here) | Banana Republic white tee (old, similar here) | Lululemon pants (size up one size) | Ann Taylor boots (TTS) | Danielle Nicole satchel (old, love this) | Baublebar necklace
I’ve featured a few of those pieces in today’s post. I picked up this LOFT cardigan last year, and it’s still so comfy. These Lululemon pants are my go-to’s for a comfy, casual weekend look or a trip to the gym. And I know there’s been controversy about Lululemon in the past, but I’ve found that these are not see through. For sizing, I wear one size above my normal pant size, as their clothing does tend to run small. Overall, these are truly my favorite “leggings.”
As for this Danielle Nicole satchel? I bought it on a whim last year, but it’s the perfect complement to the black outfits I tend to gravitate towards in winter.
I know it’s a bummer when bloggers feature old items, but I’ve included pieces above and below that should make it easy for you to recreate the look. And I truly think everyone should have those beloved pieces that can stand the test of time. I’m sure you’re thinking about some of those items in your closet right now.
