I can totally get behind Mondays when it’s a short work week. Is anyone else as excited for Thanksgiving as I am?! Seriously cannot wait. Obviously, today’s post is all about what to wear on Thanksgiving. But I’d say it’s safe to say that outfits come second to the food on this holiday.
You might remember this vest from another recent post. I love its versatility. Definitely a great piece to wear if you need an extra layer for Thanksgiving travels.
On Thanksgiving, the last thing you want to do is plan an outfit. After all, the day is all about the food. I suggest recreating a look that you’ve already worn and know looks good. Comfort is key. I always reach for this sweater when I have no idea what to wear. This sweater in vintage ivory is another great option to recreate a similar look. I also linked to a tunic sweater above that is less than $100. I chose to wear my Tory Burch flats as they match perfectly with the vest, but this outfit would also look great with a pair of riding boots. Or if you’re staying home, just throw on a pair of comfy socks! That’s probably what I’ll be doing.
A couple of the items that I’m wearing in this post would also make great Christmas gifts. This plush fleece vest is one of my favorite purchases of fall. And if you like to give gifts that are personal, you can’t go wrong with this Baublebar necklace. I wear it almost every day!
Come back on Wednesday, where I’ll be kicking off my holiday gift guide series AND hosting a giveaway! Can’t wait! As always, thanks for stopping by!
