My Favorite Sweater of the Season

J.Crew Tunic Sweater This is most definitely my favorite sweater from this year, and probably one of the best purchases I’ve made this season. If you’ve been hear before, you know I’m a fan of longer sweaters. They’re so easy for winter when the last thing you want to do is put effort into getting ready. I picked this sweater up first in the antique white color (last featured here), and then ordered it in gray because I loved it so much. Most recently, I convinced my mom to get one during another great J.Crew sale. And I’m here to convince you too that this is worth buying.

Did I mention how comfortable this sweater is?!

J.Crew Puffer Vest LOFT Jeggings

If you’re looking for a pair of really comfortable skinny jeans/jeggings that won’t break the bank, I recommend the ones I’m wearing from the LOFT. They’re my current favorite pair of jeans that I have. They are true to size; however, I did purchase a petite style, and they hit right above the ankle. I don’t mind rolling my jeans, but it’s nice that I don’t have to with this pair.

And just like that, January is gone! This month seemed to drag on, but I think it’s this time of year in general. Nonetheless, February is here. How did month one of New Year’s resolutions go? Thus far, I’ve been pretty good about packing my lunch for work and eating healthier, but the regular workouts fell to the wayside with all of the snow.

We’ll see how February goes. I have a couple of weekend trips planned so eating right might be a little easier said than done. I’ve found that if I’m good during the week I don’t mind indulging on the weekends, but it’s all about balance.

Have a great week!
