Printed Kimono for Under $20

Charlotte Russe Kimono

I’ve been wanting to share this outfit with all of you! I bought this kimono kind of on a whim. I had been on the hunt for one, but didn’t want to spend too much. I came across this kimono but waited a few days and saw it was on sale! Currently, it’s available for less than $18! I’m one of those shoppers that believes if you wait to buy something and then it goes on sale, it’s meant to be.

A kimono is a great piece to have in your wardrobe for warmer temps. It’s not too hot, but can be a great lightweight layer when you need it. It’s just different from your typical cardigan, making it a great way to change up your typical outfit. And I love that it dresses up my boring white tee!

I was very particular in the kimono that I wanted. I was looking for a length that would reach the hem of my shorts or a little above. I don’t think I could pull off the long kimono look. Second, I wanted a feminine yet simple print. I love the print of this one. I wasn’t going for the festival look, so I like that this one looks dressy.

Charlotte Russe isn’t a place that I normally shop, but I’m really happy with the quality of this…especially for the price. FYI, I’m wearing the S/M, and it fits true to size. If you’re on the hunt for a kimono and don’t want to spend a lot of money, definitely check out Charlotte Russe. I also love this floral print kimono, this duster kimono (for something longer), and this crochet hem one.
