Canadian Tuxedo

Chambray shirt, Banana Republic boyfriend jeansI’ll admit, denim on denim wasn’t always my thing, but there is definitely something about a great Canadian tuxedo. This chambray shirt and these boyfriend jeans are both from Banana Republic, and they are definitely two of my all time favorite items. This outfit is comparable to wearing chic sweatpants.Chambray shirt and J.Crew scarf J.Crew scarf and Banana Republic chambray shirt Sam Edelman shoes and boyfriend jeansBanana Republic jeans and chambray shirt Chambray shirtWearing: Banana Republic chambray shirt (old, similar here) | Banana Republic boyfriend jeans | J.Crew scarf (no longer available, similar here) | Sam Edelman flats (also found here) | Street Level tote | Ray-Ban aviators | Fossil watch

The Canadian tuxedo trend is a great transitional look for fall as well. Try adding an army green vest and leopard flats or heels to really spice up this denim on denim look.

Finally, if you’re still looking for a great pair of boyfriend jeans, this pair from Banana Republic is currently on sale in stores and online! I really can’t recommend them enough. (Here’s the first blog look with these jeans.)

Cute look! Haven’t tried the denim on denim trend yet but adding a scarf to the shirt really helps!

That scarf is gorgeous and really adds a lovely element to the denim on denim, as do the red flats!

I never would have thought of wearing denim and denim, but I love this outfit! The scarf is super cute

Thank you so much, Nicole! A scarf is a great way to break up a denim on denim outfit.
