Avoid A Winter Wardrobe Rut

Wearing: J.Crew Factory vest (available on eBay; love this new style too) | Madewell jeans (love these too) | Fossil sweater (similar here) | J.Crew camp socks (no longer available) | L.L.Bean boots (super backordered)

[Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.] Ugh, it’s still winter. *Insert crying emoji here.* Today’s look is simple and totally winter appropriate. Winter can be a total drag, but the key is finding new ways to style your winter favorites. I previously styled this sweater with a skirt, and I’ve styled this vest numerous times since I’ve gotten it, because why wouldn’t I? Need some ideas for how to style yours? Look here, here, and here.

I know it can be easy to get stuck in a winter rut with your wardrobe, but shop your closet and you may find some new inspiration. Or, you can start shopping for spring. Only 39 more days until spring break, but who’s counting?

You definitely can't! I just wish it was a little warmer so I could sport vests instead of coats at the moment. Thanks for stopping by!

Me too! I'm sick of bundling up before I go outside. And snow does awful things to my hair. Thanks, Anna!

Great look! I found since I started my blog, I have really had to think outside the box when it comes to Winter fashion, as I too tend to get in a rut and live in black haha.

I feel ya, although this season it seems that black is the color to wear right now. No shame. Thanks for stopping by, Lindsay!
