Happy Friday! I’m so excited about the fact that it’s finally starting to feel like fall here, and by that I mean, it’s 70 degrees and I don’t walk outside sweating. Anxiously waiting to break out all of the fall sweaters!
On a related note, I can’t believe we are at the end of September! Summer flew by, and so far September is flying by even faster. I’m already working on planning some holiday blog content, which is crazy!
This week’s links include everything from a classic yet trend black bell sleeve dress to how fashion editors pack for Fashion Month. Keep reading for more!
I received a reader request to show more athleisure outfits, and they’re truly some of my favorite outfits to share. While they’re simple, I love what I’m able to do in them. I can work really hard in this tank at barre and then head to brunch or market while still feeling stylish. I’m a blogger after all! I place an equal emphasis on looking and feeling good.
Keep reading, as I’m addressing the “feel good” part of that statement later in this post. Continue Reading
I’m super bummed that the weekend is over, but super excited to be sharing the perfect fall cardigan with you today! The open stitched style makes it ideal for the summer to fall transition. Yes, I know, it’s technically fall, but no way has it felt like it where I live. Happy Friday, and happy first day of fall! I’m very much looking forward to a low key weekend at home. Hoping to maybe do some more closet cleaning to make way for some fall items. It’s one of those annoying tasks that always makes you feel good once you’ve accomplished it.
In other news, I’ve started reading Big Little Lies, and I’m obsessed! I don’t have HBO, so I haven’t been able to watch the show. I’m a huge fan of Reese Witherspoon, though, so I had to give it a read. I’ll admit that I haven’t been good about reading lately, but I’m hooked on this book. Highly recommend!
